One of my favorite foods and the first food that many visitors to Thailand first try is something called Pad Thai. This delightful food is prepared with eggs noodles tofu and sometimes beef or chicken and some vegetables. The next time you find yourself relaxing on the beach in Thailand around Koh Wai or Koh Chang why not try this dish. Here is to one of Thailand's simple yet exquisite foods that everyone can enjoy.
